Stay motivated!
Stay motivated!
Couple of months ago, I experienced some challenges some of which you can referred to as being cheated out of business. All hard works went down the drain with little or nothing to show for it. I felt so used as human, so many energy I put to the business without a thank you if you know what I mean.
I sat down and redirect my directions. I turn the hurt into something more productive. I focused my energy in doing something better for me and my company. I am surrounded by lots of people who look up to me. I can't just let them down. It wasn't a good situation really, expecting lots from your sweat but got nothing. The situation became my motivation fuel. I was so motivated by this poor experience beyond words.
Hear this, many a times we expect motivation to be positive, we want it to come as love, we want it to come as gifts, we want it to come as wealth but the truth of the matter is, just like I experienced, motivation can come like a sandpaper, it may be rough, you may be cheated out of business, you may be sacked or fired, it may come as dropping out from school, it may come as inability to pay house rent, it may even be inability to gain admission. Listen to this; After the sandpaper finishes it work, it leaves the surface smooth.
The most important thing is to learn from experiences, pleasant or not make sure you learn from it. One thing I can assure you is, just like the sandpaper leave the surface smooth, you will surely come out a better you. Let the situation you are in be your motivation factor. Turn that hate to motivation, turn that situation to motivation factor. Let it propel you into your greatness. Don't relent, don't be discouraged, be focused.
Have a blessed week.
