I will like to start by asking these questions:
Is selling alone is what make you a successful Realtor?
Is Having loads of downlines  or success partners attributed to success?

I will like to tell you this,  go for knowledge first. I remember when we first started, we go from one training to another, in fact there was a training sponsored by google,  I attended, it was one of the training that liberated me.

Are these people, Realtors?  no!  Are they Part of my mentor, yes.  The fact that you don't sell 100plots in a week or a month does not make you less relevant as long as you keep growing in knowledge and you keep making efforts to sell and recruit.

Let your success make noise for you. Every good leaders and successful people I know do not blow their own trumpet, their work speak volumes.

If you have trained, tutored and raised successful Real Estate Gladiators who are making things happening, you are a successful mentor.
 
Yes,  the company recognizes only people who make sale, hear this, actors are always on the eye of the people, but without the production crew behind the camera,  they can't be seen and they won't be actors at all.

To make it big time in this real estate, you need an accessible mentor. If he is not accessible, he is not a mentor at all. Good mentor must be accessible.

You are very crucial, your time is here, don't give up. The only time you fail is when you give up.  Keep pushing, keep working your pay day is just a step away.
